For the last person to suggest that it's not this Gilbert, it's that Gilbert (that this person is complaining about) without being the person who is complaining, is just throwing gasoline on the fire.  This is an unsubstantiated complaint thrown out anonymously with no background and is unfounded on any of the Gilberts, and undeserving of any response.  I am a student of Jason Gilbert's and to suggest that the complaint is obviously directed at him, and not Jill (since she has patiently responded multiple times to test the legitimacy of this compliant) is simply silly.   Let's not throw any more guesses, of falsehoods around.  I would think that the right thing to do without better background on what this complaint is about or who it is from, would be for Rip-off to simply take it down.  It takes away from the good work that their site does to have these kind of 'complaints' sit online for months with no recourse to respond.

I am still awaiting any information the alleged "ripped-off" individual or company has about their real claims on this report. I think what upsets me most is that this report is nothing but fraudulent and a sham and that the people at "Rippoff Report" don't even bother to check out and substantiate the individual claims. Very unfortunate for businesses that work hard to serve a the public - especially a company such as Gilbert Guide that does nothing but serve the senior population and their families in leading the best quality of life and finding the best quality care.

I have no idea who Dan W is and NEVER have we ever ripped anyone off. Please do what most upright citizens do and call the company to discuss an unpaid matter. We have NO outstanding bills and are the most honest of individuals. This is a complete bogus claim that is unsubstantiated.

We do nothing but hep seniors and their loved ones find the best care. To take a slanderous approach and to have never had business relations with the company you are attacking is beyond comprehension.
