On June 10, 2005 I was involved in an work accident, and from there I chose these lawyers to represent me and 10 months after i had two surgeries on my back. I was discharged by the workers compensation doctor, in other words he sent me to work. I had to go to a private doctor because i could'nt go to work and i was still in cruches, and i needed medication for my bladder, prostate, and my back as well. These lawyers were only focused on doing a settlement of the insurance company. I dealt with them trying to recieve more help from the insurance company, and they did not want to do anything for me accept the settlement. The only medication I was recieving was the urologist medication for my bladder and my prostate. The urologist was proscribing me medication for my back pain too, because the lawyers did not want to have a pay management doctor for me. As a result of the injuries i have on the first ten months i went through 2 surgeries, as a result of the first surgery when the doctor cemented my bones; i had two broken bones in my spine, i injured my ribs, my left shoulder, and my left leg. I have been in pain since this accident happen because the lawyers promised me a settlement with medication and a pain management doctor, that was done back on April7, 2009 and i can't stand the pain going through my back into my leg. Usually when i go to bed the problem is when i wake up. If i get off the bed on the right side its very painful so on the left side if i ever manage to get off the bed without pain i have to stand for 3 or 4 hours because i cannot do any bending, and usually in the morning i have to do cacky standing up. Finally the settlement was done on April7, 2009 and 2 months after the settlement he told me to go to his office and i went back, because he said he was going to get me the medication i was taking and he was going to get the pay managing doctor too, then after 9 months waiting he called me and told me that the insurance company didn't want to recognize the medication and the paying management doctor promised me when we did the settlement. Then he told me because the case was already closed and he was going to re-open the case in January again but then in February he sent me a letter telling me that the case is already closed to go to another lawyer to re-open the case. Now this case is 4 1/2 years old and having promblems to get it open again because the case is to old and these other lawyers dont wanna bother with old cases.
