Gingerman Tavern Gman tavern Rude staff, refusal of drinks Chicago Illinois

Ok, first off, I've been in this bar multiple times.  Not once has the owner been cheerful.  Rather, she is a flat out b***h to every single customer, constantly makes rude and offensive comments, harasses customers, and doesn't seem to care whatsoever.  I went in there recently after spending almost all of my cash at the metro on expensive drinks, and had $3 left on me.  The bartender/owner who I speak of, saw I only had $3 (which was the exact price of the beer I ordered), and refused to serve me.  She called me a "cheap a*****e" and said I don't deserve to drink at her bar.  Why?  Because I didn't have an extra dollar on me to tip her, despite this being the night of a sold out concert at the metro, her probably making $30-40 an hour on tips alone.  I tried to explain to her that it was the last of the cash I had, and she mocked me instead and pretend to cry, then proceeded to flick me off.  That is NOT how a business owner should conduct themselves.  I've never heard of anyone this unprofessional.
