I am Serena Hayes, the Business Manager for Giordana Toccaceli and her institute and programs. We have never spoken or met the woman filing this complaint. She has never worked for us in any capacity nor been a client of ours in any of our programs or courses.

We believe she is here under false pretenses and engaging in defamation as opposed to a real concern for fair treatment. We know of her because she joined our 13,000 women's free support group community online, began aggressively harassing other members, was reported to our team by members and kindly asked to follow our basic community guidelines. She became disgruntled, aggressive and sent a series of threats via email letting us know she was going to file these false complaints to "get back" at a couple of our community managers. We have since forwarded this and all information pertaining to our attorneys who are handling this legally.

We have never worked with this woman much less have any personal knowledge of her. She has posed as a psychologist filing a complaint, falsely posed as a woman working for us and falsely posed as a client of ours in these reports.

At this time we serve over 30,000 women every month and have thousands and thousands of positive, life transformation reviews, testimonials, thank you emails and receive hundreds of them each week.

Our wonderful team of over 12 women and men, a combination of talented coaches, kind and professional community managers, on staff psychologists and more, not only routinely rave publicly about loving their participation on our team and share a strong desire to help those we serve, but are hard working, supportive, ethical and very loving. They work hard to support thousands of women and men and should be commended.

Our founder, Giordana Toccaceli, has seen a fast rise in demand for her work over the last 2 years and we understand there will always be a few (less than a handful) of negative people who create meaningless, and false accusations compared to thousands of raving members whose lives are being impacted greatly and served.

This company has managed to create an outstanding environment for its team, tribe, and clients. We attract a wonderful consumer base of self-aware, modern and intelligent women who make their own choices around what they purchase. Our online community, which is targeted here as undiscerning and easily lead astray, is made up of over 13,000 modern professional women, including many psychologists, businesswomen, teachers, coaches, VP's of well-known companies and much more.

Women who are more than capable of choosing what is right for them. We have over 38 amazing and highly qualified women in the mental health profession/experts who have come forward to support our work and share it with their clients.

We disagree with this report and trust a savvy consumer will know a reckless complaint from a real company helping others every day. We will also continue to moderate our communities under ethical boundaries and not allow harassment within them, nor heed any harassment without them.

I work directly with Gio and I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the slanderous and hateful comments I've seen here.  Her heart has always been about building a company that provides for and supports everyone who comes into her organization.  She is dedicated to building a strong team of talented individuals -- top level achievers.  And even as much as she dislikes having to let anyone go on her team who isn't performing up to standard, she is willing to do so for the greater good of the company.   My guess is that whoever posted the negative report "claiming" to have worked for Gio is that either it's false, or it is a disgrunted ex-employee who was let go due to underperformance.  

In my experience, Gio has always been amazing.  I have never worked for a company before where I felt so at home and I have never experienced the level of success and accomplishment that I enjoy working with Gio.  

Gio's success has everything to do with the quality of service that she provides.  Her work has transformed countless women's lives and helped them to experience relationships with men that they only dreamed possible.  Alas, there will always be a few bitter ones who will refuse to do the work to change their life or take responsibility for their own emotional healing, preferring to blame someone else for their failure or lack of progress.  It's sad, but not surprising.  So all there is to do is to focus on the many incredible women she is helping.  

 Giordana Toccaceli has recently rebranded herself to the name 'Gio Tocca’ as a means to further scam and fraud new unsuspecting followers. As an employee, I have seen her prone to flying off the handle, going off on people, and making everything about her, taking everything personally (which is a direct affront to her own sham teachings.) She has mental health issues which keep coming around for healing, but Gio is still in a phase of the blame and shame game, projecting her disgrace and upheaval onto everyone around her.

She has zero capacity to hold an objective viewpoint, and it’s all about 'me’ 'me’ 'me’. Protecting her own assets out of fear of being found out as the fraud she is. She is very difficult to work for!!! She is highly unstable and untrustworthy. I concur with the above report and as an insider privy to this info, I have no qualms about warning others to tread lightly and always discern for yourself around this woman. Do not trust her.

Giordana shames women, makes them wrong, and brainwashes them to conform to her deluded way of thinking. She is an abusive bully who is in this to make money for herself without any compassion or care for the women whose lives she ruins. Giordana needs to be investigated as to where her credentials come from as well as for her tactics and manipulations that she uses on women as human guinie pigs. She has disturbed the psychology of women everywhere in a very dark and dangerous way with no license or professional training whatsoever. Do not blindly trust this fraudulent cult leader for your life and relationships will suffer immensely because of it. She will take you for every last dime and leave you worse off than prior to crossing paths with her. She does more harm than good with her so called "teachings.” Get out while you still can, and from personal experience as someone who has directly suffered at her hands, I warn you to please steer clear of this woman at all costs!

I have followed Gio for over a year, and had an opportunity to work with her personally in that time.

Prior to working with her as a 1:1 client, I was made aware that she is not a licensed therapist, but instead bases her coaching on experience. I was not led to believe she was either a psychologist or psychiatrist. I WAS led to believe that she could help me.

And she did.

It's pretty simple, really. I have seen therapists, and psychiatrists as well--- and each was beneficial. In my case, Gio recommended additional medical testing on my nutrition, as well as a few others I won't divulge. Suffice to say, her approach did include the addition of other areas of practice as well as licensed professionals to provide quite a well-rounded view of my own situation.

While I appreciate your concern, I would like to ask if you have worked with Gio at all... or if you are basing your assumptions about her skill level, abilities, successes and clients on your limited exposure to her and her work through the FREE group she offers on Facebook and her Linkedin profile? My Linkedin profile is quite out-of-date as well, and I would hope a prospective client wouldn't judge me based solely on that, but instead also pay attention to referrals, recommendations, and testimonials.

You see, I too, am not formally trained. I have no degrees, licenses, or certifications in my work. I am completely self-taught and, quite frankly, amazing at what I do. I don't claim to have any of these pieces of paper, either, yet I get results for the people with whom I work. There are people who are terrible at what they do, with all the degrees in the world to back them up--- and people who are just gifted at what they do, who have no formal training. My results speak for themselves.

Is it wrong she should help people who have survived trauma? You imply as much. Yet, I survived multiple traumas and she helped me.

It is important for consumers to research people before they work with them, and to be informed about anyone they choose to work with, especially in areas of mental and physical health. I completely agree with you. I wouldn't hand over cancer treatment to the guy at the corner deli, because his mom beat the disease. BUT, if he had a proven track record of helping hundreds of people deal with and survive cancer, I would at least want to hear what he had to say and decide for myself.

Rip-off implies to me that Giordana is pretending to be something she isn't, and offering something she is unable to deliver.

I have never seen anywhere that Gio claims to be certified or licensed. And, at least in my experience, (and in the experience of numerous women who I have spoken to), she has been able to deliver on her promises. I HAVE seen her claim to be intuitive and self-taught. I have seen her speak of helping people through methods that SHE herself developed. That her perspectives are her own, and not some she learned at university. I have also seen her say, multiple times, that there are issues that are MEANT for therapists--- and not meant to be addressed in her groups or through her coaching.

Rip-off also implies to me that you have, in some way, suffered a financial loss you were unable to recoup through reasonable means. It would seem that you have not--- only forming this judgement of her abilities through your exposure to her in a FREE Facebook group and her outdated Linkedin profile. Your position is that she... what? Isn't licensed to make judgements about people's mental health?

You presume here, that she did. You presume that the client wasn't diagnosed before seeking out Gio's help. You presume that Giordana did not, as she did in my case, ask for consulting opinions of other professionals. You assume that she is acting irresponsibly without any real knowledge of how it is she IS acting.

I find your insights valuable, and hope that women WILL consider them when deciding if Giordana is the right person for them to hire, but I also find them rife with assumptions and judgement, and hope women will consider that as well. If you are looking for help in finding a great relationship--- Giordana DOES help people with that. In the process, she often helps with much more. I highly recommend her based on my experience with her. However, she *isn't* a great fit for everyone... and I would expect, neither are you.

I work with 3 excellent Licenses Mental Health Professionals/Psychologists.

I work with 2 different Doctors.

If a client presents with the issues described in the tagged post- she is always assigned to a Licensed Mental health Professional in our network with whom I work closely as the relationship coach. We work as a team to help different clients with different issues. I focus on life and relationship coaching, and they focus on different needs the clients may have. Based on our work together as a team, we assess clients. I lead an online community of thousands of women and what this woman above refers to as manipulative are the boundaries we have set in the community to keep women treating each other with a modicum of respect, and create a culture of tolerance and respectful, compassionate communication. Since the internet has had very little limitation on how people interact with each other- we have had to clearly set these boundaries in order for women to interact with each other in this way.

What I find unfortunate is that this woman is apparently a part of our community- which means she derives help from it, otherwise she would have left- yet she is filing complaints- anonymously- with no accountability to what she has filed.
