I ordered one video, at the time there was nothing stating I would receive more than one video on the televised add. When I called to order the video the lady I spoke with was not fluent in English. I told her I wanted the one video I had seen on TV. She kept asking if I wanted other things also, I told her I didn't want anything other than the one video and hung up.

I have since received 3 videos that were automatically charged to my credit card. I have also received magazine subscriptions from STUFF and PLAYBOY also charged to my credit card without my permission.

I have tried to call several times to get these charges removed from my credit card but am unable to get a hold of anyone. I have been on hold for up to an hour, long distance, without speaking to anyone.

I have also called my credit card company. They somehow got a hold of GGW and were told that I agreed to all of these charges when I first talked to them and ordered the first and only video.

What to do?

IF you are absolutely sure, you NEVER said YES to offers from mra video (maybe the girl asked you if you want FREE magazines?)

A couple of ideas:
Call 1-800-636-7799 - Playboy costumer service.(Or you can go to the Playboy site, scroll down to the "write us" for the on-line contact to the costumer service.) Playboy not the type of magazine that would force subscriptions.

E-mail to Stuff: stuff@palmcoastd.com AND send them a complain to :
Palm Coast Data
P.O. Box 420235
Palm Coast, FL 32142-0235
attn: UNWANTED subscription
Unfortunately Palm Coast Data has a history of sending out unwanted subscriptions.

Be sure directly state that you want to delete any kind of subscription on your name. Request refund.

Mention to both of the magazines, that you are going to file complain to the following authorities:

ftc, usps inspectors, CA Attorney General and Florida State Consumer service.
www.ftc.gov click on complain
www.usps.com/postalinspectors
www.800helpfla.com/~cs/ccform.html
http://caag.state.ca.us/consumers/mailform.htm

Then send a letter to mra video informing them about all this.
On your credit card "terms" you can find the address where you can send your complain if you do not accept the decision regarding the disputed charges.

CLOSE YOUR credit card account, request a new one. (Before you will see more unwanted charges.)

Seems too much? There is no other way to stop these guys than to inform people who has the authority to stop them.....
