Like everyone else who is complaining about this company, I ordered what I thought was two videos for $9.99 from their web site. Nowhere, either on the TV ads or web site, was it made clear that by doing so you were enrolling in a program that automatically sends and charges for more videos from then on.
I sent a cancellation email through their web site, and got an error message back the next day that they didn't receive it because their "mailbox was full." However, I then started receiving porn spam so obviously they did receive it, and sold it to other pornography sites.
To prevent them from making any more charges I cancelled my credit card and got a new one reissued under a new number. Most credit cards will let you do this.
But don't stop there! File a complaint with the California State Attorney General's office. Go to this link: http://caag.state.ca.us/consumers/mailform.htm
Fill out the Consumer Complaint Form. It took several weeks, but I got a response. If enough of us do this, maybe we can get them shut down!
Good Luck

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Get a virtual credit card number
AUTHOR: Terrance - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, July 08, 2002
A number of credit card companies now offer "Virtual Credit Card" numbers. These numbers are single-use, and are tied to your "real" card. When I am buying something online or mail order, I go to the site for my credit card company, log in, and request a new Virtual Number. That number will only work once, and you can even set a limit on the charge amount. The charge will show up on your regular bill. This is much easier than cancelling your account.
These single-use numbers will solve a lot of these problems like GGW or CP Direct where they keep billing you every month and don't let you cancel.
