Got a 3 years lease. one of the key important issues for me was milage per year. I specifically asked how many miles per year do I get per year on the lease, he stated he can do 15k. He was typing up the contract and we were speaking, and I had no reason to go back and check for every question. now that the lease is coming to term, when the finance company called me with logistics on how to return the vehical, it turns out that he typed 12k.
Went back to the dealership, and they said the do not keep paper work on the contracts ( unrealistic lie!), and of course, it is now my problem to pay for the additional 10K I am in access.
They are sneaky and deceptive, they intentionally lied, and once you get your car out the door- they have no intentions of helping you in any way. SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING A DISHONEST, SHADDY DEALERSHIP!!

"he stated he can do 15k"
"can do" is not a contract.
"he typed 12k"
That's a contract.
