Kristi & Victoria, and David ( David is his Fake name he is the owner )

Good morning.

What a complete waste of my time, effort and this after I asked ( Victoria ) repeatedly and over and over again. I specifically asked this question over and over again. Is there any fine print I need to know? I spend two hours Sunday morning from my home emailing you everything you needed.

When you called me back I reaffirmed yet again with you. Victoria, I want to be positive were both on the same page. Your answer after you put me on hold. Oh yes Randy, they said come on in, it's all ok, your all approved.

I arrive at the car lot. I went inside and Kristi is there talking and texting on her phone while cupping and asked me along with David oh hi, you can have a seat right here.

I immediately said no thank you I'll go outside and look some cars. Your dealership ( not really ) had a odor inside, not to mention looks like a 1970's motif, obvious signs a dealer ready to file bankruptcy.

Immediately upon seeing the car,  "it's got 6"-7" scrape and dent above the right rear wheel well". David ( fake name ) comes walking up. I said, after shaking hands with him. I asked David why isn't this scrape shown in your picture. Oh, that's an easy fix, a hundred bucks.

I responded if it's so easy and so cheap why didn't you repair it already. Worse yet, you deceived and lied to the public. You see an omission is exactly the same as a lie. I said you should have taken a close-up of this scrape/dent so your customers can see it in high definition, that's what the repuable and honest dealers do.

David just laughed. Trying to make lite of it. I reaffirmed again it's not the $100.00 it's the fact you purposely hid the scrape/dent out of your pictures. In addition there is no quality body shop that'll do that repair for a $100.00. Regardless the $100.00 has nothing  to do with it.

David then says come in the office. I did thinking I've sent them everything they've askeed for already. Then here it comes the oldest trick in the book begins to rise it's ugly head. The old bait and switch. Your Hyundai 2012 $10,495.00 car is now 17,000.00????  I said what? The car is clearly advertised on your website as $10,495.00. David says Oh, those prices are cash prices that are advertised. I said so, you add $6,000.00? He said well, yes. That's for a warranty that they split with you 50/50 and becuase you're not paying cash. How many people go to a buy here pay here and pay with cash? And to add further insult to injury you charge for a bogus warranty. Where you need to bring it back to them only.

Another thing after looking at your images posted for your cars, it's so evident whoever is taking the pictures has purposely left out all the worn out drivers seat bolsters, dents, scratches, scrapes, paint peeling off, etc. All their images are far away, and only show you the undamaged parts of the cars.

Don't confuse this with these are used cars what do you expect? The public including myself wants to see the whole picture. You should zero in on damage. Yes, that's the only way to being straight up and honest. Used cars aren't perfect but you have a moral obligation to show not only the good, but the bad. You purposely only show the good. The Lexus with giant bumps all over the roof???

I said, first of all I went over and over this with Victoria am I missing any fine print before I come in??? No, not really?

Your ad is a lie. Your ad should say and not in fine print these are all cash prices. In addition since anyone with any intelligence reading an ad  stating such a disclaimer would immediately scroll or click right out of your site. And you already know this.

Then David tells me in addition you must put down 30%???? Mind you the 30% is on the false advetised price. How many times in my conversation and it's on my credit app I am giving you $800.00 today cash. At no point ever during our conversations over the phone after I told you I am a buy here pay here customer did you say well our policy as David called is always 30% down. Had you told me that I wouldn't have wasted my precious time.

After going over and over this with David he tried like a "snake oil salesman" to make lite of this and get into and deter into a whole other topic and say you can't expect me to sell you car , blah blah, blah!

I said lets go outside and you can just show me for my $800.00 down exactly what I can get? Well, every car on your lot at least 90% are all junk, rebuilt titles, and edgy. Well nothing on the front row, nothing on the second row, the third row all junk.

We then go back inside and David excuses himself and goes to talk to another customer is gone for at least 10 minutes. I get up shake his hand and said I'm leaving.

Victoria/Kristi this has absolutely nothing to with down payment, credit history, and it has all to do with integrity. You girls sound smart, take your talent and hopefully your not like your owner and hopefully your just following orders which still doesn't release you of your own responsibilities of being an honest person.

You can expect me to follow up and shred this company on the footsteps of all the other customers that very recently posted terrible reviews on Rip Off Report, Google and the Better Business Bureau where your owner didn't even have the professional curtesy to answer any of them.

Your place of business is a toxic waste dump. The culture and work place environment is at the bottom of the totem poll.

The price of the car is $10, 495.00 ( 2012 Hyundai 2.0 ) doesn't exist.

Your bad reviews will quickly catch up with you, and you'll be out of business quicker than you know. Your verbiage in your ad is a lie, your ads are a lie. You bank on most people giving you the 30% down so the low prices on your edgy cars really doesn't exist. They are there to simply get the customer in front of David.

Do yourself a favor on the way out after I visited two other buy here lots that do not do what you do atCrown Hyundai they're having a job fair today with a big sign on the corner of 54th Ave and 34th Sreet. It says professionals only though.
