The staff of young photographers were great.. But, when I received my picture, it had a blemish and anothers' fingers in the upper corner of the picture .. I was using this for a Business Ad that had a deadline.. I called up the office Immediately as soon as I received them. I stated Please, I need another since this was supposed to be a "free 8x10", (which ended up being over 100.00. + ). Well the gentleman who I spoke to stated it wasnt a problem and they would get me one as soon as possible.. That was three weeks ago... Never made the deadline and out of $100.00...ENDED UP GETTING THEM DONE ELSEWHERE FOR CHEAPER AND LESS HEADACHES..

I have called and left messages but to no avail.....I will no longer do business there or any Glamour Shots........It's just not glamourous business.......
