Glamzelle seems like a legit e-commerce website, but they are not reliable. I found a product I really liked on their website for a reasonable price and I ended up buying their product. I did my research on their website and looked up reviews and I saw nothing but positive things except they take a long time to ship their products, which wasn't that big of a deal. It seemed like a friendly and interactive boutique that sold unique products. They have an email address you can reach them at if you have any questions and they say they will respond within 48 hours. Four weeks have passed and I have not received my package and I was able to check on its status and it said it was being prepared. When it ordered it they said all packages will be shipped within 7-25 days, well it hasn't been shipped or anything. For the past two weeks it says the product is being backordered to a certain date and then I looked the following week and it said it was being backordered another week. After a while I found out that product they were selling was fake. They have the brand name of the company that makes the product and put it on the description, but I contacted the company who makes them and they said that Glamzelle was selling fakes. So Glamzelle is selling fake products when they are putting the brand name on the description. Since my product still hasn't been shipped I emailed them asking if they could cancel my order and I have yet to get a response from them. Even though their website says they respond within 48 hours they haven't responded and its been four days passed. It is very frustrating to deal with and there is no way to contact them besides email and they don't respond. I hope this helps other consumers in the future, beware of Glamzelle, looks are deceiving.

it's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered a coat at Glamzelle and noone ever responded to me. They took my money from Paypal account immediately and that was the only time they contacted me sending me the confirmation letter with tracking number (which does not work). After that email, I emailed them 3 times already asking to solve the tracking number problem, but as I said, I never got any responce.
From what I understand, you are also a victim of Glamzelle, so maybe you could help me find any solution to what do I do now? Do I contact my bank and ask them for help? i've read other reports, and some people did receive the clothes, although they were fake. Do you think I might receive the coat too?

I have purchased on this website on several occasions, and their service was nothing but fast and friendly.
I am only writing this report because as someone who is always buying products online I know how hard it can be to please each customer, especially the difficult ones (like myself lol) and I have always received the nicest and most attentionate service from this website.
In response to the above comment, I don't believe that Glamzelle sells any fakes. in fact it is clearly mentioned on all their pages that items are fashion-inspired. All the items I bought from them were unbranded, and didn't have a fake-vibe.
Also, all my orders were shipped from the US, and arrived in this nice pink packaging, so maybe they have changed their shipping policy since the report above was filed, or perhaps the report posted here is from a competitior, because I haven't experienced any of the things mentioned in the report.
I would definitely recommend this store and will continue purchasing my fashion forward clothes and accessories on this site!

I was also scammed by glamzelle. I ordered a dress - was sent the wrong item and sent to them for an exchange. They acknowledged to me that they received it but then didn't reply. When I filed a complaint with my bank they then told the bank they had not received it and to not refund my money, even after admitting to me that they received it. Because they don't list a phone number or anything on the site we were unable to refund my money or get my final item.
Never order from them. You will be robbed.
