In December of 2013, I purchased (2) King E-cig batteries. Upon arriving home, neither item would hold a charge.

I went back to the store the very next day spoke to sales person who stated" manager was not in, however he would leave and message and my complaint". That he was not authorized to make any exchanges or decisions

The sales person explained there was nothing he could do about an exchange as the owner was the only one who could that was currently the only batteries they had for this E-cig and they had new ones, different type on order. That there had been alot of people complaining about the quality and lack of charging. This is why they were changing types.

I called store the next day and spoke to yet another person (manager?) who explained they offer no warranty on batteries once purchased. I asked her to please consult with the owner (as she explained he was the only person to approve) about the issue.

 I also was willing to accept one of the new batteries with returning the two I had purchased. (two for one) my loss.

She explained that the ones on order were more money and I would have to pay the difference. Now the batteries I purchased were $20.00 each. I didnt want to invest more money so I asked for a refund.

She stated to me she would check with owner and get back to me with a solution. When I contacted the establishment again she was not available.

I have not to this day recieved a call from this company and am out $40.00

I dont think this is a way to run a business. Especially in a small community
