Glass Instruments, Inc. plasma globes get stolen by glass company I lost alot of money Pasadena California

I sent two corning 18 inch boiling flasks that were hand blown in england to thurston Levay owner of Glass insturments incorporated on febuary 11th 2008. I revieved one plasma globe via ups it was broken apon arrival. I sent it back for repair. They were supposed to reimburse the return shipping expenses they did not reimburse me. I waighted and waight and the company finally told me they broke my otherboiling flask which cannot be replaced easily it's custom pyrex. The company told me they would make me another plasma globe and send it out to my home asap. I told them I would accept a 15 inch globe. However time passed and no plasma globe these things are worth thousands apon thousands of dollars completed right at 8 thousand. I sent the company many emails and made calls asking for my product. I finally had enough and filed a complaint with the BBB and the company lashed out at me verbally via phone call and told me they were not sending me anything and they were keeping the glass. They also told me I couldn't have there insurance info. I got totally ripped off. I had a problem with strattman desighn in boston who makes these globes as well over the power supplies being fire prone. They also cause failure of the expensive plasma globes. I am still concerned about all of these bad ten thousand volt power supplies sitting in childrens museums and theme parks all across the country as well as on cruise ships. I later found out that Strattman desighn and Glass insturments are very close friends and I hate to specutlate but I suspect everything that happened happened on purpose and I imagine someone bought my glass that I sent in. I belive they sold it for profit as they would not return the broken flask. World famous arry albright and bill parker are all involved with these devices. I get alot of calls now there friends are calling and hanging up and they took my product and my money I guess they figure because I'm disabled they have a right to take my stuff.
