Glass Tile Oasis Glass Tile Rip-Off Lakewood, New Jersey

We ordered clearance glass tile from this company based on their online descruption that the material was mesh-backed, something we DIY'ers had worked with before. What arrived instead was a paper-faced tile that was mildewed.  The smell was horrible. And the biggest issue was that we had never worked with paper-faced tile. We immediately called the company to report both problems. This is where it got interesting. No one answered their 800 number. When we finally got them on the phone, the customer service rep was rude and told us that, even though the product was misadvertised and mildewed, there was NO REFUND of any kind available. Instead, she told us to go online and find instructions on how to put up paper-faced tiles. And then??? SHE HUNG UP ON US! Two more calls to this company went unsanswered. Yes, this was a clearance product, but it still cost us $150. BUYER BEWARE! This isn't one of them.
