My son sent his eye prescription and they made a mistake filling the prescription(after a second eye exam and the glasses were evaluated by the eye doctor who confirmed that they were incorrectly made)they will not refund my money claiming the 14 days had passed but you need 30 days to adjust to the new prescription . I thought my son’s eyes were change because he was getting headaches again so I requested a new appointment for an eye exam which concluded that the prescription is still the same but the glasses were not correct. The glasses were not cheap and the refuse to give me a refund customer service is like a robot the hear but do not care I NEED A REFUND!
