 I have been getting charged for months now and didn't authorize the transactions at all. The card I used is under an old last name just to let you know.

I called that number. It is their Manager of Customer Service's number I think. 

When they charged me I just call 855-421-9615 and they gave me a refund and they did not ask about anything, they just gave it. Good luck!
