Gleaming White Smile - EMI Group, INC., 14 Day Trial Cut Short?!?! Internet

So according to their terms that was revised as of 3/29/09, which I have a screen-capture of, the 14-day free trial starts on THE DAY THE ITEM IS RECEIVED. I received my item on 4/17/2009. So that's that. Today when I go check my credit card account online, the fraudulent company billed my card $55.90 on the 22nd of April. Which means I only got 5 DAYS to my "14-day" FREE TRIAL?!??!!??!?! That makes me REALLY mad. I know that their old terms (reading online at other complaints about the company) used to say that the 14-day free trial starts the date you place your order.

I placed my order on the 8th of April. If according to the old terms (before 3/29/09), then I should be billed. But what puzzles me is that they got my order on the 8th of April but DID NOT SEND THE ITEM OUT till the 13th, wasting a whole 6 days of the "14-day" trial ACCORDING TO OLD TERMS BEFORE 3/29/09. This makes one wonder if they INTENTIONALLY wasted almost a week to ship their product to you just so you could miss the 14-day deadline and be charged (like a trapped fish in a barrel). But that was the old terms though, so according to the new terms, I have every right NOT to be charged. Needless to say, I called my credit card company (I'm so glad I didn't give them my debit card info) and disputed the charge to have them credit my card back the amount that was unlawfully taken.

I am just worried that they will continue to charge my credit card now that they have my credit card info. If I have to dispute credit card charges from this fraudulent company every month or so, I would go insane. SO CONSUMERS BEWARE, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS CUNNING, SNEAKY, FRAUDULENT COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Oh, and one more thing, the product didn't even really whiten my teeth at all, and it really pains to strain my facial muscles in a "smiling" position for 15 minutes every time I put on the gel. So not only is the company being shrewd, the product isn't even user-friendly nor deliver good results. SO STAY AWAY!
