Deceiving advertising:
Try this teeth whitening solution for free... only pay for S&H, and if you LIKE it, we'll send you a kit every month until you cancel. If you don't like it, cancel within 14 days with no penalty. RIGHT!

I took advantage of the "free" offer on Sept 29. They didn't bill my cc or ship it out until Oct 15... after the 14 day trial period. By the time I got it in the mail on Oct 19 and tried it to find it was garbage, it was Oct 28 when I called to cancel. I was past the "14 days!" AND THEY HAD ALREADY BILLED AND SHIPPED THE "MONTHLY" PRODUCT FOR $49.95 plus $6.95 S&H. Two in the same month and less than 10 days apart. TOTAL RIP OFF. DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE. I did not open the package, yet they would not let me return it for a refund minus S&H. They'll probably continue to bill my cc but I've already reported them to the company.
Phone numbers only go to "fulfillment houses" and they won't give you any names or numbers for people that actually work for Impulse Marketing.

I did report them to the FTC and the State of Georgia's Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs though. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IMPULSE MARKETING.
