Gleave & Co is a company based in London, UK. They sell watch parts in their store and online.
The first time I ordered from this company for a watch movement, it was a broken one when I received it, I contacted the company to refuested for a exchange, but I got a very rude reply from the ower LUKE GLEAVE. He replied me, we do not have refund or exchange policy and he suggested me to find a PROFESSIONAL to handle it. What is wrong with this man, I just hate people when they have someone to claim a refund or exchange, they will be very aggressive and rude, this is not a good way to do business.
Anyway, I ordered from them again a week ago and the payment had been made with my credit card. One day later the rude owner LUKE GLEAVE email me said they have cancel my order, because they have the right to choose their clients and told me DO NOT tried to order from them again. Is it f**king serious!? They said the paymet had been cancel.
A week later I checked with my card company, they said there is no refund have been made regarding with that payment and they have processed the payment as well.
This company GLEAVE & Co is a total scam, they will sell you something broken or scam your money. The owner LUKE GLEAVE is a super rude person, beware of it.
