Glencore Leads Mark Miller, Pat Ocean, Sean Pratscher Scam, bogus contracts, no refund Evanston Illinois

After several months of trying to get a refund, our bank has given up and Glencore Direct will not even reply to arbitration. They did not supply us with the agreed upon email targeted list and they know it. Mark Miller, Pat Ocean of Glencore Leads, even had a bogus "lawyer" named Peter to call to threaten to sue us for writing reports on ripoff. However, they never served us with papers and even told us we'd have to go to court in Delaware. Mark Miller refused to give us a legal address for the company and the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General of Illinois cannot locate the company. On LinkedIn Glencore lists their corporate headquarters as 300 Main St Stamford, Connecticut06901 United States. However, we spoke to the leasing agent at that address and there has never been a Glencore Direct business renting there. Beware of Glencore- they do not list their  addresses on any documents that they supply to you or in their email contact information. That should give you heads up and save you time from their scams. I feel unfortunate for the legitamate marketers out there due to the experience we have had, we will be reluctant to ever deal with marketing companies again. We have filed an official complaint with the Federal Trade Commision.
