Dear,

GlenridgeCapital had been blocked my account without any reason for about 3 days, when I reach to 1.8K USD in my balance.

I tried to reach the support and the support team said I need to contact an account manager.

I tried to send my email to reach him in order to ask to allow me to trade continue, but he had no response.

I just met him on NFP time around 05:20AM PST 04/01/2016. and I had complainted him. He said.. he was in hospital. I said to him "sorry".

I asked him why you did block my account not to trade in my account and said, I could not trade for 3 days.

I explained everything. He said there is a reason your credit card used a month a go was not verified. I can not accept the reason. It was deposited a month ago. You should ask me earlier. I do not any notice from you regarding unverification of my mastercard used a month ago.

I complained him and he released my account to trade continue at that time suddenly.

Actully, I had the LIVE NFP Trading Invitiation from Binary International. So, I had opened my browser and I traded with same as the Binary International Live NFP Trading.

 

I traded PUT for USD/JPY, I belive a lot of traders made a lot of profit at that moment, because everybody knew that already.

But I got a shock, because I lost my trade for USD/JPY.  My screen was not current market in the GlenridgeCapital.

I tried to resolve this issue, like send emails to billing / compliance / support and account manager.

They do not response.

Account manager said it is your fault, and he said I can not help you because you trade by yourself.

It does not make a sense. My issue is to be different my result by different market in GlenRidgeCapital.

Account Manager name is Phil Parker.

I would like put my screen shot. Also, I reported my credit card company as a Fraud.

I am not sure if they can give the money back or not.

Now I have same issue with Eclipse-Fiance.com with TBS (Top Binary Signal).

Dear,

 

I can not trade any more from the GlenridgeCapital, though my balance leaves $98 in my account.

They never send me any notice regarding blocking my account.

 

They must be a scamm.

 

I have attached my screenshot what they did in my account.
