Glittersniffer Cosmetics Lela Warren Breach of Contract, Theft, Scam Dearborn Heights, Michigan

Glittersniffer Cosmetics and I had a business agreement in which I would send Lela cosmetic bags that I made and she would sell them in her Etsy shop on a consignment type basis.  She would sell them for $8 in her shop and pay me $7 per bag sold, only keeping $1 to cover fees and part of shipping.  The agreement stated that Lela would return the unsold bags to me.

In the summer of 2010, Lela closed her Etsy shop and soon opened her own website.  I inquired about my bags since they weren't listed for sale on her website, and she said she would send them back to me.  This communication went from June 2010 to November 2010.  In November, I was informed that Lela had been giving away the bags to people without paying me for them.  I was forced to ask for payment for every bag that was unaccounted for.

Lela now owes me $448 and refuses to pay or even try and work anything out with me.  At one point, she said she would pay, but she has not done so.  She has also been caught lying about the situation and will not speak to me on the matter.
