Glitzz Teeth Whitening Wont pay employees, wont respond, unlawful, irresponsible business running Maitland Florida

I am responding to Trent of Missouri's ost. I was the manager at the Glitzz kiosk in Dover Mall, Dover Delaware. I, too, went through and am going through the exact same thing. I also contacted the Missouri and Pennsylvania locations and heard similar stories and same lies. We are owed pay checks that were due on October 17 and 31. I email, call, leave messages, and text Juan, Marc, Lili, and Vincent. Juan has only answered to the phone to tell me that I was harrassing him and if I didnt stop he would press charges!

In return , I called the police on him and sent them to Glitzz Corporate. The night before we closed a mall customer service member asked me why I was even at work at all. He informed me that Glitzz had called and said they were going to close the night before. I sent Lili, the office manager, a text and she informed me that that was a lie and not to believe it. I have all the text sent saved for proof! She said that I would be given fair warning if the ever were to close and that she would send me more whitening kits once the weekend was over. The very next morning it was closed.

Also, our checks we did recieve were almost always late, we got the same "the Fed Ex truck came back"excuse. We were never sent paper towels, and things we needed, I had to purchase those things are my own and was never reimbursed.
