I sent $500 to Global Investor Alerts that I’m now sure I will NEVER see again. They completely scammed me out of my money – and now I’ve been burned twice. They contacted me telling me they could help me get my money back after I was scammed into buying a garbage stock, telling me I was scammed and that they were building a legal case against the scammers and needed funding. I sent them $500 as requested, but then they started asking for the same amount again giving some flakey reason, and I got suspicious and dug a little deeper. Turns out they had several allegations of scamming against them as GlobalInvestorAlerts.com, and this new URL, GlobalInvestorAlerts.org, is probably a clone.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from anyone involved with Global Investor Alerts, Boiler-Rooms.org, or Economic Frauds. They are all clones and all part of a larger network of websites built with the same modus operandi – to masquerade as professionals in the legal and stock world, looking to help victims of advance fee fraud get justice through class action lawsuits. But all they do is perpetuate another advance fee scam by asking you for more and more payments for their “case” – first $500, and then I got an email saying they hit a roadblock and need just as much cash as before.

I get that it’s expensive to set up a lawsuit, and you need to think about attorney fees, etc. – but I’m not the only one. Dozens of other people online posted similar things about Citi Capital Partnership, Investor Alerts and FinancialFrauds.us, and other websites that are either closed or look EXACTLY like Global Investor Alerts, with some slightly changed content. They all use the same PO Box in Florida, which is even more suspicious. DON’T LET THESE SCAMMERS TAKE YOUR MONEY
