I went to Pauma Casino in Pauma Indian Reservation (San Diego) on 04/25/09
I went to the Global Access Cash ATM and tried to take out $100.00, the machine did not dispense any cash and I only got a receipt with a note at the bottom that said "please consult the casino staff to get your cash" I took the receipt up to the casino cage and they called a floor person, the floor person conducted a visual inspection on the exterior of the ATM and said that there was nothing that he could do and that I should contact my bank, I file a claim with Wells Fargo and after a few weeks I got a letter from Wells Fargo that states "We have completed the research of your claim and are not able to find evidence of a malfunction"
I can see that like me, there are many people that fell PREY to this scheme
I hope someone starts legal action on these people.
