Airwave Call Manger Globalglobal Airways Manager they tried to sell me a cell phone that did not exist! Cant Find internett

the company,integretal-global airwaves comm:called me in november of 2008.they asked me if i wanted to try a six month free trial with their cell phone company.they said they would be sending me a free cell phone by mail,and i would not be charged any fees until six months has exspired.but on my next months phone bill there was a charge amount of 54.90,from this company.i have tried over and over to contact them,but to no avail.i have contacted my phone company to inform them not to pay this bill.they have taken it off for this month,but said i need to contact the company.i will keep trying,but right now all i get is a recording and no personal contact.this company has breeched this contract from the beginning. thank you for your time.
