Global Audiovisual Hired to work an event for us and did a horrible job, client not willing to pay bowie maryland

In the conference that this company was hired to provide equipment and onsite technicians for there were numerous accounts of dissatifaction reported by the client and also missing equipment that was never brought. There was equipment that was supposed to be setup before 630am was not setup until almost 11am durring an ongoing session. Microphones that were supposed to be setup and tested the night prior were not working the day of use, also was never any type of troubleshooting done as to why ijt wasnt working until the client had to come and ask. There werere no slide advancers provided for the conference that were ordered by the conference. Lack of knowledge also was a big factor, none of the technicians that on-site knew how to work some of the equipment that was provided by their own company. there was also no provided microphones in 5 (five) of the rooms when there were 2(two) ordered in each.  All-in-all this was a horible representation of one company that was provided to the client by this Gloabl Audiovisual company, a great loss of money but event worse a loss of trust and a loss of a great client all due to the inferior equipment and lack of knowledge.
