Global auto brokers firm Sold bad rim, wrong size tire, did not resolve the issue for what I actually paid for Portland Oregon

 I went to global auto after finding them on craigslist. I was in need of 4 tires on my jeep grand cherokee. I drove to their location to look at the used tires (jan 8 2016). They were too big for my wheels so they made me a great deal on 4 wheels and 4 tires all the same. About a month later and alignment work done (by someone else) I found out one of the tires were smaller than the rest. Invoice says 4 16" wheels and 235/70 r16 cooper tires. The smaller tire was a goodyear and 225/70 r16. This could damage my 4wd so I called them to get me the right sized tire. First time I called (2/5/16) Will said they would look at the inventory and call me back. Did not get a call back so I called them on 2/6/16, 2/10/16, 2/11/16, 2/12/16. Went to the shop and spoke with Jed on 2/12/16. He had to get approval from Cody before switching the tire. He got approval but had no used tires for the size I needed. Jed told me he'd look at their new tire inventory at a different location and call me the following monday but I'd have to pay for it. No call. I called him multiple times on 2/15/16 with no answer and no call back. The person who did my alignment even called on my behalf and they hung up on her! (2/18/16) I got a tire from discount tire in gresham(2/24/16). While they were balancing the tires they showed me one rim was bent. I paid global auto for 4 wheels and 4 tires all the same ended up with one bent wheel and one small tire and they will do nothing to fix. They ignore my calls and dont care about me as a customer. They put me and my children in danger and what it costs to fix their "mistakes" is costing me just as much, if not more, than to just get 4 brand new tires in the first place.
