Global Crossing Local Services Officer Allen Smith fraud, lawyer/legal group, posing as FBI, posing as a federal agent, telemarketers lying N/A, Nationwide

I recieved a phone call on january 6th, 2011 from a indian/arabic accented telemarketer saying that they were a lawyer/legal group federal agent saying that they had my personal information and that if i did not call them back they would have to take legal action and then that i would have problems in the future... The phone numbers that i recieved this from was (503)404-0043 & in that message they asked me to call back this number (469)718-7315 and when you call it back they say that they are a lawyer/legal group and federal agent. I did not give any personal information they did ask for a phone number and I gave them a random one and then they said that I already called this number for you let me go get your information and then they dont come back for a few minutes and the whole time that you are waiting you can hear the other telemarketers in the background then they proceeded to ask for my name then I told them that this sounds like a scam and a fraud so I am reporting this to the police and then they hang up.. They try to act like an officer and they are not they are a telemarketer that get your number from a company that sells phone number list to people who act like they are collection agencies or something along those lines and they try to get money out of you and they are not even from here they are off the indian/arabic decent at least that is the kind of accent that they have.. I was referred by the FBI and the Federal Trade Commision to ignore the calls further and make sure that I am on the do not call list and to file a complaint with my state attorney general in my area and let them be aware of it.. In the mean time I did some extra work trying to figure out the name of the company using the phone number that they gave me and it comes up to a place called Global Crossing Local Services in dallas, Tx with the number that they gave me but it is a nationwide company and i googled what the company is and they are a phone company so I dont know what is going on but the scam needs to be stopped.. The guy posed as Officer Allen Smith when he called me and you couldnt even understand him...
