Global Discovery Vacations Was dishonest about what they offered 9465 Counselor's Row, Suite 200, Indanapolis,In 46240 Indiana

We we attended a presentation on a vacation plan. We were told that if we made our request for our vacation at least a 120 days for peak season and 60 days for non-peak season, we would received the date and location we requested. Our first request was made 03/14/08 for Aug or September for the Caribbean or Mexico. We provided two destination and two dates. They replied that those dates or locations were not avaiable. After arguing the fact that we made the request within the time frame, they still would not accomdate our requst. They offered Florida at two separte location, we chose Destin.

I made the second request for October 14 for Hilton Head or Savannah GA. for a two bedroom condo.oceanfront.They came back again and said that was not available. But Nov 1st was. So after talking with the other couple that was traveling with us, they said Nov 1 would work. So I replied to the agent e-mail and said to book Nov., I then also asked to confirm that it was a 2 bedroon condo oceanfront, she replied it was a one bedroom condo not on the ocean. She said she did not have a 2 bedroom condo on the ocean available. I then asked what do you have on the ocean that is close to Savannah GA or Hilton Head. She said Myrtle Beach or Dayton, which is a 4 hr drive. I called customer service, and he did not even want to help. He just keep stating if that is all she said she had available, then that is all there is.
He even yelled at me at one point, mimick me,
I then asked for his supervisor name, which he provided and said he would not be able to help me either.
