My name is Sonja and I to seem to be one of MANY who were ripped off by thie "Global Financial". I just got told by my bank they will do NOTHING to help and for me to file with the BBB. Then, I went on line and poked around and found this site. Read thru a few entries and found this number 480-785-2262 it is the payment processing company that handled Global Financial's money.
THey no longer do biz with them and have frozen their account. I was told by Meagan in the ACH department to fax my full name, day time phone number, date the money was taken from my account and the amount that was taken to her. THey will be processing the refund checks for this company's fradulent ways starting the 18th of June and it will take up to 3 weeks to process them all. Once they get to mine the money should be back in the account within 48 hours.
I do not know if this is true or not, I guess I will see. I'm posting to let OTHERS know to at least TRY this. I will also be contacting the FBI and any other government agency that will handle Fraud/Scams and the like. These people will have to pay for this.
