Did an ehealth insurance quote for our family. Gary Reid(if that is his real name) called 2 to 3 minutes after I submitted the information. Seemed like a nice guy. Quoted me exactly what I wanted for the low price I wanted. Said we would need to join the FSC(family security council)for a one time fee of $135 to start on this wonderful group plan. Said AETNA would be our Dental agent and for $200 a month we would have a comprehensive health plan for a family of four. He then took all the info and my VISA number. Said it could not wait. I needed to do it today to get in on this group health plan.
In the verification process they made sure I knew that this was not insurace but a discount plan (huge give away for a rip-off company I soon found out). Three hours later a legitimate insurance broker called me and told me I had dealt with Designer Savers Plan. I checked my e-mail and thats what it was. However they represented themselves as Global Healthcare. I was able to call my Visa company and cancel the payment and change my card number so they could not have access

We have called the company to cancel the plan. The operator who answers the phone "health plan". Told me I needed to give her my phone number because "customer service" does not answer their phones. I did not leave a number. Two days later "Michael" left a message from United Healthcare Plans (another name change).
I called him back he was on the phone. Left a message with the same operator. Still have not heard from him. Just to let you know after further research, this is the same company owned by a California business man who has insurance scams in California and all over the country. He is now living in a gated mansion and will not talk to the press.
