I would like to bring to the attention of Rip Off Report that the person making this accusation against Maria Whatley is the same person who posted false information with an another complaint with an entirely different story, that was removed personally by the owner of RIP OFF REPORT and for good reason.  First she attacked Maria Whatley personally with slanderous misinformation claiming she worked John Roberts Powers which she did not.  She was hired as a talent judge for one weekend ( 9 years ago!) and unfortunatly the results did not come out agreeable with the mother (above) of one of the girls that was being judged. 

Maria recommend to her mother that she recieve more training and suggested several companies that she would recommend. Never once did she ask her for any money or make any promises to her.  Rip Off Report found the first post from 8 years ago inaccurate and frankly a slanderous personal attack of Ms. Whatley which again was removed.  So after months of finally having this negative post removed from the Internet the person above finds it necessay to again to post false, misleading, and slanderous information. Please know that Ms. Whatley plans on filing suit for damages against the above person if this post if not taken down within 5 days.  This person never has done business with Global Image Talent or Maria Whatley and because of this they have no bases to claim that they were ripped off or damaged. 

Slander is against the law and even in British Columbia they have laws for the accountability of the slanderous actions of another party.  There was absolutly no business relationship between the parties, no conversations and this false claim is a vicious attack damaging Maria Whatley's good name.  There is no truth in the information that she works for the Celebrity Experience and they too are seeking legal counsel to protect thier good name.  I urge Rip Off Report to remove this post and personal attack at once to prevent any further damages against Maria Whatley and Global Image Talent. To allow your site to destroy someones business or them personally is cival and criminal from something that happened 9 years ago and had nothing to do with either party. This information is 100% false.

Furthermore, 

I ask the person above to prove your claim that you have done business with Global Image Talent.  Give further proof that she took any money from you personally.  Your observations about her pictures are 100% false and also slanderous.  I would welcome a conversation with you to were you will be completely surprised as I am in touch with many of the same celebrities and can give you proof without any doubt in your mind.  We are prepared to take this into a court room and make claims for damages and attorney fees.  I would suggest that Rip Off Report also get involved to protect the good name of this business and Ms. Whatley.  

This site is for people who have done business with someone, got ripped off and have damages.  Since you clearly have not done business with the company or the person your only motive is to slander someones good name which is against the law.  We are prepared to take this to a court room and claim damages.  We would hope that after 8 years you would move on from this childish attack that will only cost you money to defend in court.  We wait your reply.
