Global Inet, Mortgagelenders.cc Total con job ,fraud, missrepresentation,false advertizing, sold me an empty bag of goods will not communicate or refund Ponte Verda Florida

In April of 05 I purchased $ 4000.00 worth of crap form this company. When I first spoke to the rep, I had voiced my concerns about companies promising the world and not delivering, well they assured me that the leads that they have were all about quality and not quantity.

I purchased EXCLUSIVE leads that only I would receive and all leads were verified by phone and also told that an L.O. would be calling them within 24 hrs. Not one lead that I received was credible let alone verified, most had already been contacted many times and in some case they had already refied their loan weeks prior.

As for the customer service...they became quite upset that I was calling to complain, most of my calls went unanswered and only answered when I said I would report them.

When I requested a refund they said their policy on refunds was that I had to wait 12 months with no activity on the account before they would refund???????.
Well I have waited and now they won't answer the phones or emails,

I have reported them to the States Attorney Generals Office I STRONGLY urge all of you who have had this problem to do the same, AND FILE WITH THE BBB IN THEIR TOWN AS WELL, If they are not stopped they will continue to take our money that many of us have worked long hours for.

IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO WOULD HANDLE LITIGATION AGAINST THEM PLEASE CONTACT ME, I WOULD ALSO BE INTRESTED A CLASS ACTION SUIT WITH ANYONE WHO BE INCLINED TO DO SO.
