There are many points to address, but this is the main one:
False and misleading statements on the website.

From their website:
"This information in also available in live events, seminars, workshops, retreats, conferences, summits, meetings, and special briefings put on all around the world.
All information on the website and all events are completely free of charge to members."

1) All major events require upsells of at least another $1000.
2) Minor events have additional charges associated with them.
3) Complete information is not available on the website. There are numerous additional upsells as well as incomplete information. I.E. a full day seminar is shown to be offered as an audio, but only the first 2 hours are included.

This is very sad situation. I am not a Kevin Trudeau hater. I actually like and agree with his books and teachings and was looking forward to participating in global group of like minded thinkers. I was never interested in the cultish pyramid scheme of this group, but merely to engage in the training.

I would advise anyone to not join. If you are smart, you can find most of the information they profess to share for free elsewhere on the internet. The local meetings are basically filled with wannabees who are trying to get rich quick. Do not join.

And good luck ever getting any of your membership dues back. You might think you would have some legal recourse if you were not satisfied with the membership, but read this from the website agreement:
"If either party ever has a disagreement regarding any issue, both parties agree to try to work out such disagreements in a fair and reasonable manner. If the parties cannot work out their disagreements, your only remedy is to request a binding arbitration with a single arbitrator.
The party that wants to initiate arbitration shall call a well-established arbitration organization in the country of Nevis and request arbitration with a single arbitrator to begin on a date and time that is mutually agreeable to both parties and the arbitrator, but no later than fourteen business days from the date of the request. The party that initiates the arbitration will notify the other party in writing of the arbitration within one day of making that request. "

Hello all,

I would like to say that GIN gives awesome information on upper levels.

1)From level 1-4 the information is pretty much the same, and is mostly repetition

2) MLM's don't work, because it relies too much on forces (people), who's decisions are outside of your radar screen

3) I am not a GIN member because I am a skeptic

4) If you like to KNOW what's the UPPER level training is about, then go to:
http://ginstory.com/GIN%20Levels/

here you will find:
Level 2 Audios
/ Level 3 Audios
/ Level 4 Audios
/ Level 5 Audios

felons

Kevin Treadeau and others involved in Global Information Network are convicted felons.  The Federal Trade Commission is currently attempting more than $35 million dollars in fines from Treadeau.  Another individual involved in GIN was convicted of possessing and distributing counterfet money.  Type in Kevin Treadeau and FTC in a search engine and see Treadeau's more than 25 years history of problems with the FTC.

Treadeau has been convicted of felon credit card fraud.

Please. This is NOT an anti-Kevin Trudeau post. He does a lot of helpful work for a lot of people. Most of the stuff, he has been busted for is totally unfair and unjustified. This was regarding the GIN network. The Network might prove useful for someone if they are not a hard-core online researcher. If you have never been exposed to the illuminati, natural cures, etc. it might be worth it for you. For me, I did not find value. I am already a member of a Brotherhood and found the information repeated everything I already knew and I did not like being charged for that. Just do your due diligence before joining.

You should file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.com or with the Internal Revenue Service.  The FTC has been investigating, jailing and fining Kevin Treadeau for more than 25 years.
