This company is a complete waste of time. In your interview they will tell you that you will either start as a manager or be promoted very quickly. This is not true. It is actually very difficult to be promoted to manager. The man who will interview you will just use fancy words and sugar-coat what you will actually be doing. He'll throw out some big numbers to make you feel like this is an important company that does great work. He'll make it sound like you are doing important customer service work, when in reality you are going door-to-door selling paper and supplies. That's it... paper. The ads make this place seem like a "premier marketing firm" when all it consists of is nervous and nerdy college students who are scammed into learning about printing products and paper. Even if a business says "No Solicitors" you are still expected to go in and try to sell them paper. The company talks about fancy business trips that actually consist of a group driving to a new city, staying in a hotel, and then selling paper door-to-door once they get there.

The HR Manager will call you VERY quickly after you apply. She will say how interested the company is in you, and schedule an interview for that week on a Tuesday. You will show up with many other people applying for this "Customer service manager" job, and they will schedule a second interview if they like you. The second interview is you riding around with a nervous sales person trying to sell paper. Then, if they like you, you get to start training and do exactly what they do. If you do get promoted to a team leader, all that means is that you get to feel good about yourself and show up for work even earlier. The hours are around 12-14 a day, straight commission-based, with no compensation for gas or mileage. You will drive ALL of the time.

PLEASE do not get sucked into this terrible company. Their Facebook and Blogger pages may make them seem like a great community of friends, but it is simply just cut-throat kids trying to sell paper. SALES. That is all you will ever do here. The manager will say that what you earn is based on how much effort you put forth, making you want to work harder and out-sell everyone else. The truth is that you can work all week and make zero dollars. Literally. He'll say you can make up to $1,000 a week, which has happened, followed by nothing for a few weeks. It all depends on luck. Remember how terrible this economy is right now. Wasting time trying to sell paper is only going to make you lose money, and piss off the company you are currently heckling to buy your ridiculous products. This company should be shut down.
