I have alos fallen victim to the Global Life Enhancement/ Herbal Smoke Shop/ Herbs4u/ H&H Scam. Buyer Beware! I ordered months ago and got no returns on any of my calls or emails. I have spoken to "Derek" twice out of approximately 55 tries and he rushed me off the phone with an excuse. Much like many of the excuses I have seen on this site. I have lost around $300 USD and "Derek" has claimed my money will be back to me. I have seen other ripoff reports saying they got their money back so I will give "Derek" a fair chance to repay me before I continue. I have decided to give him 1 week. Until then, I am building a mailing list of all affiliates to GLE and partners (legal-marijuana-alternatives.com, 420herb.us, biggerbreast.us, herbal-smaoke-shop.com, boatshopper.us, cannibus.us, breastenlargementpills.us, harderpenis.us, herbalsmokeshop.us, penispills.us, riverdaleorganics.us, sexpills.us, etc) and bringing their attention to all the headshops and affiliates that support them (hightimes, headshopdirectories, for example) and preparing a mass email with links to these reports as well as links to warning letters against the owner of this company for the "firm's marketing of various products promoted as illicit street drugs". I also have a couple other tricks up my sleeve if I do not get my money back pronto. I will keep you all posted!

PS There is also a post for a class action lawsuit against GLE if anyone wants to be a part of it, search for it.

Derek,

I will be more than happy to make sure I clear this all up and my post are udated if you make true on your offer. Rip-off Report does not allow Reports to ever be delted.

It is now December and I placed my order in September. IS this common wiht you (you seem non-phased by the time period)? For me this is not normal and if I get my money I will go get some ganja so I dont have to be stressed out waiting for a package I suspect will never come. Please just send me a cheque ASAP. For less than a $100 more I couldve had hightimes ship me better stuff through 24 hour shipping but I wanted to support you guys! Obviously I'm ranting, wouldn't you if some "business" that is hard to get ahold of took almost $400 bucks from you and you haven't seen hide nor hair of it?? COme on, Have some empathy, Im a studnet. I can;t just lose $400. PLease send me my money back and the second it gets here I will have this post removed and I will post nothing but good things.

I am amazed at this ridiculous rant and rage when you and I both know, that I spoke to you twice and your package that did not arrive was replaced with another shipment on 10/31. We are in US. YOU ARE IN CANADA. Your package has to go through customs. Customs has to screen herbs to make sure they are safe and do not contain plants that interfere with your native plants, and are legal in candana, etc. We already spoke of the probability that the reason you did not receive it is because it may have been held by customs, by mistake because of it's appearance, even though clearly labeled as natural legal herbs. If that did not arrive, you are ALSO aware you spoke with an associate via the telephone 4 days ago, who follow up messaged you that if your 2nd shipment that we sent in good faith did not arrive , since you are in CANADA and it has to PASS THROUGH CUSTOMS that he would either refund you or ship you ANOTHER PACKAGE VIA A DIFFERENT SHIPPING CARRIER. This was explained to you, and you agreed that you understood and appreciated his help. I assume you wrote this before you spoke to him, and forgot about our conversations. Either way, please email me if you did not receive the replacement I sent you, and I will issue you a refund and file a lost package claim. It is not a problem, but it is a problem to slander us so badly when we have done nothing but ship your orders on time, and replaced one already because of an apparent problem with canadian customs holding your package.

Secondly, you are listing many websites which we do not own at all. In fact about 99% of those are not our websites.

Please email me so that I can further assist you, and please try to be civil as you were on the telephone with our associates. I would be more than happy to help you. I also would appreciate if you follow up these ridiculous negative reports with the truth when your transaction with us is complete. We cannot control CANADIAN customs but we can ship you replacements and/or refund.
