 I had ordered the hawaiin haze and dutch green combo pack from legalbuds.com from a company called global life inc. The order was suppose to ship out withing 2-3 business days and I would be sent a tracking number for my product. After 2 weeks we did not have a tracking number and could not get ahold of global life. After finally getting in contact a man gave us a new tracking number and we recieved the order a week later. The dutch green portion of the order was horrendous. It was wet and sticky and impossible to burn in any way. We tried letting the dutch green dry out for over 3 weeks and there is still no progress with it. We decided to call global life inc and after finally getting ahold of the company we were speaking to a worker and she was rude and snotty. We told her our complaint with the order and with their company and the only thing that she would say is that the only thing that she could do was for us to send our order back and get the same one back. Why would we want something that looked like dried up grass or a pile of cow s**t? We wouldnt. we tried to get her to reimburce us for or money and she said she could not do that. We asked to speak to a manager and she wouldnt give us the managers name or number and then we asked for her name so we could report her and she got an attitude with us and started yelling and screaming at us and hung up on us. when we called back she hung up again. we finally got through again and when we asked for her name she gave us two fake names and told us to call back in an hour to speak with another supervisor after she just told us that she was the supervisor. she told us to call back in one hour but come to find out that they were closing in less then one hour. She said her name was rose and then told us her name was karen. she was very dishonest and unpleasant to speak with and very unwilling to help their customers. none the less i suggest that NOBODY buy ANYTHING from global life or legalbuds.com. they are a complete scam and do not care if the customer is satisfied because they already have our money. I would reccomend k2 spice or mr.niceguy. both individual companys and we were truly pleased with their customer service as well as their product. I have never been treated so poorly by any business and global life inc took it to a whole new level of scum with their antticks. We are now out over 80 dollars and are furious. something needs to be done about GLOBAL LIFE INC. AND LEGALBUDS.COM
