When will I be billed?

The company contacts unsepected low income families stating that their trial account has expired and in some cases disguises themselves as the distributors of your current magazine subscription.

The representative offers to close down your account by simply verifying your address and then your membership number. Unfortunately you do not have a membership number and in turn are requested to verify your account or credit card numbers in order to close down the account. You are then transfered to a slick and quick speaking verification officer who pulls up a recording in which a contract is made. The unsuspecting person believes that he is simply reciting the previous contract (non-existant). An 8-digit receipt number is issued which simply verifies that you will recieve 4 Magazines (Time Magazine) for 60 Months (5 Years).
