It started with an offer to receive stock picks, mostly penny stocks, which should double within hours to days. But, if you want a pick every week, you can pay about $50 for a lifetime membership. Once you've signed up for that, you can buy the software for your own computer for less than $200 so you can do the scanning every day.

The company was supposedly located in Seattle, WA, and "Carl" and "Michael" claimed to have done work for Goldman Sachs. Strangely, they kept referring to addresses located in England, also. Even more strangely, when I check their website again, they were now located in Miami, FL, and gave a phone number of 641-715-3900 Ext. 5737152#. That area code happens to befor Iowa. The ZIP code given is for Miami/Dade Florida.
One example of his emails received by me on 11 March 2008 follows:

WAYNE

Last week's stock, was recommended at $0.031 and hit $0.047 within 48 hours...

Now, a lot may think that's not much of a gain. But a 30%+ return on investment over 48 hours is nothing to sneeze at.In fact... Many subscribers made thousands of dollars on this "underachiever stock".

The gain beats Warren Buffet and he trades over an entire year!

But I've got to admit last week's stock did make a small
comparative gain compared to what you are used to... However I still believe this to be about one of the best Pink Sheet companies I have ever seen.

And those who have the guts and finance to hold onto it, will be greatly rewarded once it is accepted onto the OTC:BB.

Anyhow, those who've already took profits... Congratulations
and I have something to tell you.

Marl just couldn't find a stock earlier this week... Although just a few hours ago I stumbled upon something great.

I can't say much more right now, but you'll receive a new stock pick probably early next week... Just as soon as I can find the best entry point.

Best Regards,
Michael Cohen

If you still don't believe this is a scam, try calling his number, sending an email, trading his picks. Go ahead, sign up for the free stuff and judge for yourself. Notice his grammatical errors. I doubt he has finished high school, but he definitely has a degree in fraud and deceit. I hope someone is able to actually get his hands on him and put an end to this.
