Doubling Stocks ,Global Marketing Corporation Did not honor guarantee refund Seattle Washington

The doubling stocks program came with a guarantee of a refund if for any reason I was not making money from their stock picks. I tracked their recommended stocks for more 6 weeks and found that only one out of 15 were actually ahead of where they were when they were picked by the "marl" robot. Therefore, I requested a refund twice, but have not received a response or a refund and they are not answering my emails. I realize that the market is down, but, that doesn't negate their refund policy.
