Global Moving and Storage Mark aka BruceBruce aka Mark Confirmed my move but had no truck available Quebec Internet

This is information on Global Moving and Storage. This company told me that they had a truck booked for my move when in fact they did not.  I was ready and packed for the day they were to arrive.  Come to find out and hour before that they could not get a truck for that day.  They had already confirmed with me the day before.  Apparently they were hoping they could find one but could not so I was left high and dry.  I had people moving in the afternoon of the day of my move.  It was in freezing temperatures and my stuff was sitting on the street to let the others move in.  All they said was, we will refund your deposit. No help was provided to help.  They didn’t give a crap about customer service and no apology.  Just oh well, we tried and there were no trucks available.  This company does Canada and U.S.A. moves.  I would avoid them in any way.  Not professional at all.  Just scamming to make a buck.
