first of i all i make subscribe on this site as a platinum membership after few hours from my subscription i find that it's not what i want so i asked for cancelation my membership and refund they told me that there is policy for refund and i can't get refund but iam still asking for cancelation for this membership 

this month they taken money from my credit card to renew my membership that i already order to cancel it 

i try to cancel this renew but i can't and they didn't want to give me my money
