Global-One Asset Protection Services, LLC Gary Klaucke Paid for services in full. Company did not complete work and refuses to refund my money. Brentwood, California

BEWARE AND HOPE THIS CAN HELP OTHERS:

My elderly father paid Global-One Asset Protection Services, LLC to create two LLC's for him.  Gary Klaucke who is the spoke person and "person in charge" of Global-One Asset Protection Services, LLC cashed the check "immediately" upon receipt.  Amount sent was $1,500.00.  After many months of waiting for these LLC's and many requests by phone and email to Gary Klaucke for updates, Global-One sent two LLC binders.  These LLC's were never filed in the states they were supposedly created. The work performed by Global-One was never completed.  The binders sent looked like a child's scrapbook(s).  I stepped in on my father's behalf and called Mr. Klaucke requesting a refund for services not rendered.  Mr. Klaucke who operates this LLC out of his home in Brentwood, CA, told me to send the binders back to him and he will refund my money when he has money.  He also stated, "If I choose to go the legal route, meaning filing with The Better Business Bureau, that everything will be nullified."  Meaning: I will not get a refund.  I filed a complaint with The Golden Gate Business Bureau, complaint number is 57192938.  Global-One never responded to The BBB, therefore Global-One received the grade F even tho they are not a BBB member.  This is posted on The BBB's website.

We need people in the Brentwood, California area to come forward if you have given this individual and or Global-One Asset Protection Services, LLC money.  We need to put an end to this operation.  It is hurting too many people.  Please contact the following:
