Global One Financial/Entaire was obligated by contract to pay our insurane premium funds on or before the 28th day of February every year in order for us to receive the annual growth factor calculated on the investment loan we had throughGlobal One Financial. On February 2010, which was a very good year in the market, Global One Financial paid our premium 5 days late causing us to lose all the gain the year had and reduced our growth down to around 2% all the whsile charging us over 7% interest on the loan. They additionally collateral called over $200,000 because of the shortage incurred. Over the course of the 12 years and $500,000.00 we paid Global One, we kept the policy hoping to enjoy some financial gain at the end of the term. We are now having to walk away from our planned retirement funds with a shortage of $88,000.00 that we must pay Global One to terminate with them. This company is scamming unknowing clients who are not aware that Global One pays their premiums late because you have to hire an expert to uncover why the policy is not performing. I am sure there are many other clients who have lost hundres of thousands if not millions of dollars from these unethical if not illegal business practices. I wish to find an attorney who would like to look at collectively going after Global One Financial/Entaire and their business practices.

#1 UPDATE Employee
Response to Ms. Milne's False Complaint
AUTHOR: Global One Financial, Inc. - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Monday, March 28, 2016
Global One Financial, Inc. is a commercial lender that specializes in financing annuity and insurance contracts for business owners. In 2007, Milne Medical Center, the company owned by this poster's husband, applied for an interest only loan from Global One to facilitate his acquisition of a life insurance policy from American General Life Insurance Company ("AG") - not AIG as indicated in Ms. Milne's post - on his life for the benefit of his wife, Julie Milne.
Pursuant to a Promissory Note executed by Dr. Robert Milne on behalf of Milne Medical Center in favor of Global One, Global One agreed to advance certain amounts to fund premiums on Dr. Milne's AG life insurance policy over a 5-year period. These advances were to be made annually on or before the first business after the anniversary date of the insurance policy, which was February 28th. In 2009, February 28th fell on a Saturday, a day on which both Global One's and AG's offices were closed. As such, Global One advanced the funds to AG on the first business day thereafter, namely Monday, March 2, 2009. The advance was not "5 days late" as stated by Ms. Milne in her post, and in fact, was not late at all.
Milne Medical Center paid interest on the loan from Global One for eight (8) years, electing only within the last week (March 22, 2016) to terminate the loan. During these past 8 years, Dr. Milne received annual statements from AG for his life insurance policy, showing AG's allocation of the premium amounts advanced by Global One. Global One was not made aware of any issues concerning the policy until June 2014, when Dr. Milne's attorney reached out regarding the allocation of the 2009 premium by AG. Specifically, Dr. Milne's attorney advised that Dr. Milne disagreed with AG's allocation of the 2009 premium to a fixed interest account, as opposed to an indexed interest account. According to Dr. Milne, this was an error and resulted in a lesser crediting of interest to his policy.
Global One's representatives (including its COO, James McBrayer, its Managing Director, David Metzger, and its Associate General Counsel) actively communicated with Dr. Milne and/or his attorney for over a year and a half, which communications ended at the end of 2015 when his attorney did not dispute that the statements provided by AG demonstrated that Dr. Milne's policy earned more money as a result of AG's allocation of the 2009 premiums to the fixed account than he would have had they been allocated to the indexed interest account for that year.
Contrary to Ms. Milne's claims in her post, Dr. Milne did not suffer any losses, and in fact, will be receiving a check for approximately $13,000 representing the interest growth in the policy. Also contrary to Ms. Milne's claim, Milne Medical Center was not charged nor did it pay an $88,000 fee to Global One for terminating the loan. Furthermore, the additional collateral Ms. Milne references as paid to Global One was held in escrow for the benefit of Milne Medical Center to cover any collateral shortfalls, and was promptly returned to Milne Medical Center as soon as collateral values became sufficient to secure Milne Medical Center's loan (which returns occurred on more than one occassion).
In short, the allegations in Ms. Milne's report are blatantly false and are completely contradicted by the loan documents executed by her husband, as well as the interest credited to his policy. Milne Medical Center's own attorney did not dispute that Dr. Milne earned more money than originally projected as a result of AG's allocation of the premiums, and that he has not suffered any losses.
Global One values its business relationships and prides itself on going above and beyond for its clients, including Milne Medical Center. Given the indisputable fact that Dr. Milne suffered no losses, Global One is uncertain what Ms. Milne's motivation is in posting this false report. Global One is preparing to address this matter in a more appropriate forum.
