company is riping off people buying mortgage leads from his company by telling them the leads are self generated through the company via the internet, media blast, marketing, radio ads when infact he is buying from "Lending Tree" and inturn re-selling these leads as "Exclusive" company generated leads.
How are these leads exlusive if he is buying them from "Lending Tree" the same time as others are buying the very same leads and then he is re-selling those leads as exclusive at $40.00 a pop?
and buy the time his clients (like me) get a hold of the lead the borrower on the other end of the phone tells you your the 7,8,9 person to call me.
*this is clearly a case of Internet fraud. This guy needs to be stopped from scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Please contact me. Carlo has also ripped off Sulay Infotech/BPO Canada and I saw that he has this history even before I started BPO Canada.
My team has been presenting how criminal minded he is and I am open to jointly work to address this and bring his wrong doings in light in a bigger scale.

Rick is one of the biggest cry-baby loan officer in the mortgage brokerage industry. This individual purchased 40 exclusive leads from my company in which 21 of them were returned and replaced. Out of the 61 delivered exclusive leads to Rick, he closed NONE OF THEM! Neither an application or funded loan... He is trying to blame someone else for his lack of experience and skills to close deals.
Also, when we were in the course of replacing his returned leads, he was very threatning and unprofessional the entire process. He threatened my company and called me names which I thought was very childish. To top of it all, Rick Gonzales of World Mortgage Lenders (http://www.worldmortgagelenders.com), had prankly solicited my cellphone number to other mortgage brokers as his immature vengence on me.
I started getting calls from loan officers offering me mortgage deals which caused me to change my new cellphone number.
A mediator from the Better Business Bureau was assigned to arbitrate the case and my company won against Rick's complaint. According from the mediator, the plaintiff (which is Rick) sounded very uneducated and kept changing the subject when he was asked with questions regarding the purchased leads. It's obvious that the plaintiff was trying to pull a fast one by trying to get a free ride for the service provided by our network.
Rick Gonzales of World Mortgage Lenders has no professionalism and definitely is lacking of business knowledge. You want proof? Just read his message and look at the grammar/capitalization errors on his posted letter at RipOffReport.com.
Applicants should be cautious on giving their SSN information for credit reporting purposes to Rick Gonzalez. He is unreliable and not so trusting source.
