I believe there's a large group of members of G1 that have lost any hope of being repaid monies that were loaned to Rick Young and Walter Scotsen, et al. Today is a notice that the latest FCM- UnoFX- they were urging all their members to join only two weeks ago has now "gone out of business". I'm afraid anyone out there that has loaned this group of clowns money will never see it paid back. The "kaChing" payments were stopped a year ago. Any requests of being refunded money will be met with the excuse that they cannot repay anyone until they're up and trading again. Real catch 22 when you think about it- and seems to be working for them when you consider how many have been scammed out of their "loans". Anyone out there as outraged as me?

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

A Response to Mr. Silberman

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 04, 2008

Mr. Silberman:

Your post above from "Sarasota, Florida" came the same day after you posted on a different website and indicated that you are a resident of "North Carolina." (Interestingly you used the same misspelling of your name on both websites). You are not a resident of either location and have not accurately and truthfully disclosed either the true basis of your claim or even where you live, which truly detracts from the credibility of your claims. You post above indicates that you were given a notice "today" regarding information on an FCM but does not disclose that your post above is verbatim the same one you have been posting for over a month. While I will not publicly out you as to where your true location and home are, the nature of your claim needs to be addressed candidly.

If you believe that you are entitled to have monies returned in accordance with an Agreement that you had with the company, submit a written claim (with the supporting documentation) to the Company's offices. To the best of my knowledge, while I was affiliated with the Company, your claim was addressed and discussed with you. If it was not, then my suggestion would be to send a certified letter, return receipt requested, for the basis of your claim and commit that if Global One fulfills what you assert the terms of your Agreement to be that you will publish on each of the websites to which you have gone that you claim has been addressed.
