Global One Management RIP-OFF, SCAM, FAKE, FRAUD, THEVIES, They stole 195.00 from us at our lowest time. Seattle Washington

My husband and I where searching for a place to live, I am not going ot lie and say that we have 110% perfect credit however we do have no-evictions. Well our apartment lease was up as of the 1st of Feb, we thought we had a place all lined up to move in well that apartment building/people waited until the 13th to tell us that due to poor credit scoring we wern't able to get in to this apartment and that everyone around the same area in everett wa use the same scoring system and we probly would not be likely to get an apartment with any big time "well known" good scale apartment dwellings.

Well that left me with only 8 days untill the 22nd of feb which is when I should start moving to find, get, and sign a lease/apartment ect... I searched all over the place for private land lords ect, seattle times/ craigs list has this ad listed in the paper for people searching for apartments:

My husband and I where litterly down and out and almost out of time and out of options and needed some, so we contacted this company and spoke to a rep named Dawn, she asked what we needed/what price range/ what time we needed to move in ect. I told her we NEEDED to be in a place no later then Feb 22nd lease signed, dated approved and ready to go by no later then the 21st of Feb to move in on the 22nd other wise we where looking to be homeless.

I informed Dawn of this when we drove to meet her almost 2 hrs in down town seattle traffic comming from Kent WA that we needed a place signed, sealed, and delivered by Feb 21st at the latest so we could move in Feb 22nd. She asured me that she could have me in an apartment by this weekend if I just hurried through all the paper work.

I get to her office, I sign all the paper work I fork over 195.00 which was out of my last 200.00, with the hope that they are totally for their word of finding us placement... They hand me a booklet of printed out apartment searches that are off craigs list, and the seattle times trying to convince me that they have special listings and special dealings with the apartments to take people with bad credit, convictions, repos, ect.

I find 4 that I really like give her all the info she tells me to CONTACT the companies listed by myself and make apointments for a walk through after I did a drive by on the apartment lay outs. So I did I made apointments went and saw a few and guess what i got DENIED for all of the apartments so I came home, called the other listings and asked them what kind of scoring system they used and low and behold they said they all pretty much use the same thing so I could not, would not, and will not get an apartment by myself and or with a co-signer with in the time I needed.

Needless to say, I was furious I had spent what little money I had to get into a place and try to make sure I and my husband had a place to live after the time alotted to us. I looked to Dawn to follow through with her promise, well she did not and I called her manager this after noon and demanded my money back, I told him he could keep 50.00 of the 195.00 (which is what they say they will give you if in 60 days they can't find you a placement) I told him keep the 50.00 give me back my 150.00 and we'll call it even no malice on either side.
The jerk laughed at me, insulted me and called me ignortant and everything in the book. I put my husband on the phone and he and MATT Dawn's manager got into a verbal fling, MATT told my husband he was stupid, ignortant, dumb, a liar, and a flat out b*****d. My husband told him he was going to report this company to the BBB and the guy laughed, my husband told him he was going to c ome down to the office in person and demand a refund and the guy laughed said it does not matter what was said verbaly, it is all about the contract which states NOTHING about not being able to cancel your service and get refund, I mean come on I gave this joker 195.00 not even 24 hours ago and he is telling me I am not able to get a refund!

Anyways so this guy insults my husband and then has the gull to HANG UP on him, so my husband calls back and the guy sits in his office and screams and insults my husband at the top of his lungs (I am sure that made quite the professional impression on his clients in his office.) Point being this place is a rip off, it's a scam it hides under the listing of apartment listings as an agency that openly helps people in dyer need of assitance to find placement, they do not even state the fact that they are a Rental agency/ Listing company and verbally they make it seem like they are infact the land lords, management ect for the dwellings you are given a listing too. They make it seem like they are the be all end all of any decision made for you to be placed or not to be placed.

Half the places I went too never ever heard of Global Management One Inc the other half that HAVE heard of them say "Yeah I know them, they are a scam they pretend to be high and mighty and they can't do anything for you, it's a scam they rip people off" Avoid them at any costs, you'd be better to find your own apartment/locations. All of the listings they gave me are corss referances for Craigs List listings and or in the forrent.com or Seattle times. I could have done all this for myself and not lost 195.00 leason learned.

Beware of this company. I've reported them and Matt himself to the BBB
If anyone who has been hurt/abused/scammed/frauded by this company wishes to take legal action in recovering some of the time, money, effort, and damages lost because of this company's scam contact me and I will gladly join in on the lawsuit in a heart beat
