Global Operative Solutions LLC Global Operative Solutions hires contractors and does not pay!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Lubbock Texas

I entered into a contract with Global Operative Solutions LLC as an independent contractor on May 26, 2015. Per the terms of the contract, I was to receive payment at the rate of $10.50/hr for training period which lasted for two weeks. I spent a total of 34.56 hours in training between the dates of June 15 and June 29, 2015. According to the "head of operations" I was to receive my pay on July 1, 2015. However instead of receiving my pay, I received an email from head of operations, Elizabeth Mendez stating that there was a hold on bank funds and that I would not receive my pay until July 17, 2015. After July 17 passed, I contacted Elizabeth for my pay and was told that the check had been mailed out on July 20, 2015. After not receiving the check I contacted Elizabeth Mendez again who stated that the checks (all 63 of them) must have gotten lost in the mail and that she would be wiring funds to contractors. I am one of 63 contractors that signed on with Global Operative Solutions and completed the training. Not one contractor has been paid and I find it very hard to believe that 63 checks going to many different states were all "lost in the mail". Elizabeth Mendez just continues to tell lie after lie even stating that she was homeless, and the latest that she may have cancer to avoid paying contractors that took their time and completed the training as required. Elizabeth Mendez collected personal information from all contractors as a condition of employment and even requested bank account information from some contractors to "wire funds". After I was also told that I would receive funds via wire transfer on July 28, 2015. I sent email after email stating that I had not received any funds and was ignored. Elizabeth Mendez stated that "if you have an attorney or are working with a class action suit do not contact me again regarding your pay". This company is a scam. The head of operations is a pathological liar claiming to be a christian, and the company should be avoided at all cost!!!
