Global Payday ,Payday-loan-yes First National Violates Every FDCPA rules governed by the FTC Internet

This company is a complete joke. This loan was not taken out by me and everything I send them they use against me. They continuely say they are going to take me to court. I have asked them to do so. They don't..... They called me one time 14 times in 10 minutes. It is a running joke around here at my work. They call and threaten to tell my employer that I am a theif I told them my supervisor was right here. They hang up. Even though they think they are not breaking the law and that the collection practices are a civil matter. Telephone harassment is illegal in all 50 states and that become a criminal offence. Take good notes keep a log of the calls if they threaten to take you legal and don't that is a violation of the FDCPA. Any sort or ex parte communication to your boss another employee or a reference is also a violation of the FDCPA. I have filed a complaint with the BBB I have also filed a complaint with the FTC. They tell me just to pay my bill... They will not get one thin dime from me. But by the time they finish hanging themselves the 234K they paid in Chicago will seem like pocket change. DO NOT SETTLE WITH THEM... File a complaint with the FTC 1-800-FTC-HELP also the BBB in your state. If they call from 800-550-6051 this is Pennsylvania and you can call the police there for phone harrasment. Don't let this company get the best of you. Do what you need to do to protect yourself. It you don't nobody will.
