We got a box of industrial penetrant we never ordered and then got an invoice mailed to us for $ 498.52, A few days later another invoice was faxed to us for $167.88. Then they put a PO# that doesn't even belong to us. Nice try. Why would I order something from Pennsylvania when I could get it cheaper locally.
We have called and no answer. I left messages, faxed them a paper saying we are not paying for it. I have also emailed them and no response. I hate people that call and get a name and send products to you that you never agreed to purchase. Well I'm not paying for this product and if they want it back they will have to send me a shipping label to send it back. It's waiting in the office untouched.
